Dipty Alankar Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a jewellery retailer offering gold, diamond, silver and bridal jewellery. These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice; the version published on our website at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.

• All jewellery is BIS hallmarked where applicable, and diamonds are accompanied by relevant certification.
• Product images are for representation. Slight variations in colour, finish, weight and design may occur as each piece is handcrafted.
• Gold and silver rates are dynamic; final prices are confirmed at the time of billing based on prevailing market rates and applicable making charges.
• Availability of products is subject to stock. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the product subject to these terms. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and payment is received. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery details.

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods displayed at checkout or in store.
• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
• Full payment (or an agreed advance for custom orders) is required to confirm an order.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged as per government norms.

We offer fully insured shipping across India. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout and may vary for custom or made-to-order pieces. Orders are dispatched only to the verified billing/shipping address. A valid ID and signature may be required at the time of delivery for high-value items. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Eligible ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all tags, certificates and invoice.
• Custom-made, engraved, and bespoke bridal pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to applicable deductions such as making charges or courier fees.
• Gold and diamond items may be exchanged as per our buyback and exchange policy communicated at the time of purchase.

Our jewellery carries assurance against manufacturing defects. Certified diamonds and hallmarked gold are backed by their respective certificates. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations/repairs carried out by third parties. We offer complimentary cleaning and basic maintenance for jewellery purchased from us; please retain your original invoice for all warranty and service claims.

Orders for ready-made items may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be handled under our Returns policy. For custom or made-to-order jewellery, cancellation after production has begun may attract a deduction to cover materials and labour already committed. Cancellation requests must be raised in writing via email or phone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dipty Alankar Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puri, Odisha.
